Ok... here is the list of teams and sign up thread...
You may pick up to two teams to be on. Captains of each team will decided after everyone who is able to get into this private forum, signs up. If you want to be considered as Captain of one of your choices please PM me.
After choices are made here then I will post positions needing filled in the open forum. If you have friends or know anyone who has been wanting on a team please have them watching for open sign ups...

When you decide please post your rescuer/angel username then your regular username and your chioces.. Please read through all the teams and post only once.

Different CF Pet Teams

List of all the CF Pet Rescuers Team. Will list duties of each in the team post...

Rescuers - (will have at least two different teams)
Foster Angels (will have at least two teams)
Teen Rescuers Team
Emengency Rescuer Team
Abandoned Pet
Nursery
Graphics

Each Team Captain Duties

Duties will include but not be limited to the following...
1.Get to know each of your team members.
2 Start a thread for discussion and assigning of pets to each member. ( only one thread per team will be stickied) and keep it updated in a timely manner.
3.Have eachof your team members on your buddy list.
4.Be active on CF... able to log on at least every two-three days.
5 Follow duties of your team.
6.Send report to Doctor CF 1st week of each month of activies from past month.
7. Be active in Captain discussion thread.
8. If you are unable to perfrom your duties, step down and allow someone to. ( you can decide to stay on a team as a regular team member).
9. If you need assistance ask for it.
10. PM Doctor CF of any interested CF Members for positions needing to be filled.
11. Give blessings out to your team members as needed. ( Doctor CF will give you blessings for your team each month after you send in your reports).
12. Either train any new team member or assign them to another experienced team member for training. and Pm DoctorCF when you think new Team member is ready for full duties (so I can change their title).

This Team will have the Title CF Pet Rescuer... CFPR ( will have at least two teams)

Duties will include but not be limited to the following...
1. Each team will have one -Team Captain with 4-5 CFPR Members
2. Will use Pet Rescuers User account
3. Will assist with any CF Pet Problem.. including but not limited to:
............... A. Answering Pet questions in public Pet Forum
................B. Replying to PM's from members with Pet Problems and/or questions.
................C. Keeping watch over pets assigned to you, but not over feeding.
4. Rescuing and adopting pets to regular members

Foster Angels

This Team will have the Title CF Pet Foster Angel... CFFA (will have at least two teams)
Duties will include but not be limited to the following...
1. Each team will have one -Team Captain with 4-5 CFFA Members
2. Will use Pet Foster Angel User account
3. Duties include but not limited to:
................A. Refering pm's from members with Pet Problems and/or questions to a CFPR Team Captain. (If neccessary)
................B. Keeping watch over pets assigned to you ( if you have any), but not over feeding.
4. Fostering and adopting pets to regular members

Emergency rescue Team

This Team will have the Title CF Pet Emergency Rescuer... CFPER

Duties will include but not be limited to the following...
1. Will have one -Team Captain with 3-4 ER Members
2. Will use regular user account
3. Will assist with any CF Pet Emergency.. including but not limited to:
............... A. Keeping watch over ER thread in public Pet Forum
................B. Replying to PM's from members with Pet Problems.
................C. Replying to PM's from members reporting dying pets and reviving the pet if neccesary.
................D. Keeping watch over pets assigned to you, but not over feeding.


Pets Abandoned Team

This Team will have the Title CF Pet Abandoned Team... CFPA

Duties will include but not be limited to the following...
1. Will have one leader-Team Captain with 3-4 Pet Abandoned Members
2. Will use regular user account
3. Will assist with but not be limited to:
............... A. Keeping watch over and up-dating Pet Abandoned thread in public Pet Forum
................B. Replying to PM's from members with Pet Problems.
................C. Replying to PM's from members reporting abandoned pets and reviving the pet if neccesary.
................D.Keeping watch over pets assigned to you, but not over feeding

Rescuers Nursery

This Team will have the Title CF Pet Nursery Rescuer... CFPNR

Duties will include but not be limited to the following...
1. Each team will have one -Team Captain with 5-7 CFPNR Members
2. Will use Pet Rescuers Nursery User account ( decide if you want to keep rescuer/angel account or make new one for Nursery workers)
3. Will assist with any CF Pet Problem.. including but not limited to:
............... A. Answering Pet questions in public Pet Forum
................B. Replying to PM's from members with Pet Problems and/or questions.
................C. Keeping watch over pets assigned to you, but not over feeding.
4. Rescuing and adopting pets to regular members

Teen Rescuers Team

This Team will have the Title CF Pet, Teen Rescuer... CFPTR

Duties will include but not be limited to the following...
1. Will have one -Teen Team Captain with 3-4 Teen Members
2. Will decide to use regular user account or Rescuers Teen username.
3. Will assist any Teen with Pet Problems or refer them to other Rescuer for help if needed.
4. Will reply to pm's from Teens about CF Pets.
5. Will be between ages of 13-19 ( whatever age limit is on Teen Forums)
6. Will watch over pets assigned to you, but not over feeding.
7. Rescuing and adopting pets to regular members

Pet Rescuers Graphics Team

This Team will have the Title CF Pet Graphics Team... CFPG

Duties will include but not be limited to the following...
1. Will have one -Team Captain with 3-4 Graphics Members
2. Will use regular user account
3. Will create graphics for Pet Rescuers Team which can be used in signing guestbooks, welcoming new members, welcoming new pet owners, avatars, signitures...
4. Will be in charge of posting for new armor items and new features.
5. Captain will start and keep up-dated thread for team and Graphics suggestions from Pet Rescuers Team.
6. Will have some Graphics abilities and understanding of how to.

Hmmm...OK, I'm a little confused. If I said I want to be on 1. Abandoned Angels and 2. Teen Rescuers, then can I still be a petRESCUER? Or is that a different team completely?

Bfly, you can feed abandoned pets as much as you like whenever you like. :) Since they are abandoned, we do not wait for them to reach a certain hunger percentage to feed them. At least that's how it was...but now do we only feed them a certain amount? I guess we'll find this out soon.

Hi Randi, I am hesitant to post in this thread about anything but making application for different positions but we do need a place to chat I guess about the jobs. My question was raised because Dr. posted same feed requirements for abandoned as the others. I would like to get the whole cf membership involved with visiting the abandoned pets as I suggested in another post and let them have access to look and pet and feed the animals as they wanted. I think once people took the time to see the difference in the expressions they would be as charmed as I was. I know the young people would or all the young people I have ever known always loved the pets. But back to the feeding them I think they should be fed and kept as happy as possible. Why save them just to let them suffer longer. We could set up some kind of schedule for x number to be fed at certain times and that would always leave some for the members to feed when they come visit them.

or only feed them up to a certain level so that when someone else wants to feed them they still can do that :) kinda keep them around 25% - 30% and let the members do the rest :)

another idea:

we could also have a team or a person doing html stuff like for the html part of the profile so that all the important things about pets and PetResue can be found in our profiles......

HI Ty, Dr. CF listed all the descriptions with each job when she posted the new organization. I think if you will check back there you will find that posting.

The last conversation I had with DR. CF was: To tell anyone interested in a job to contact her by pm. Now I know right now we don't know of her where abouts, so you will have to use your judgment about that. She also said and this may be in a post also that when she filled the positions we had all spoken for, then she would post a need for workers in the public forum. Now there again all I know is to tell you to use your own judgment about that also.

I know I am no help for you but at least you know I am trying. I have checked on your pets and you are doing a wonderful job keeping them happy and as for as I know everyone is really working to keep the pets in good shape.

If I can be of any help to you with your pet list let me know but I think we all have been doing a good job and several members have brought in pets that were not on our list but we saved them so maybe we will be able to slow down a tad in a few days. Keep Dr. CF in your prayers. We really need her back and we all have much concern about her status. God bless you. cffa6/bfly

I think having a eperate thread like this explaining what petRESCUERS do and how we work would be a good idea...maybe have it as a closed sticky in the main forum so that all members can see it...if we link back to a thread in this subforum members won't get to the thread since you need the pet icon to view threads in here!

or we simply add the information to the custom html part of our homepage...once we've got a post with the text somewhere I could do the html and send it to everyone to include :) then we could refer people to our profiles if they want to know more about pets and petRESCUE work....
