My husband is currently in a battle with his employer to be able to observe the Sabbath of the LORD. They do not want to make arrangements with him according to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
He has been using his leave early and personal days in order to observe the Sabbath and he is running out of
options. Please pray that the LORD will go before us and fight the battle on our behalf.
Thank you!

Hi sing,
Can the employer prove hardship if he doesn't work on Shabbat?
j) The term ``religion'' includes all aspects of religious observance and practice, as well as belief, unless an employer demonstrates that he is unable to reasonably accommodate to an employee's or prospective
employee's religious observance or practice without undue hardship on the conduct of the employer's business.

That is a rough road - my husband had similar problems with his employer, and after 20 years with the same company finally had to leave and start over. We will be praying for you and your husband.

Hi sing,
Can the employer prove hardship if he doesn't work on Shabbat?
He is employed by a company that employs 500+.
If they wanted to comply with the law - they could very well accomodate him.
Thank you all for your prayers.
