Unwanted blessings ... ?

I have just blessed a new-comer with 200 blessings ... and received a PM saying he didn't need my blessings because he was a Muslim. :scratch:

I have pm'd him back saying that there was nothing sinister about blessings, and they were just a forum 'currency'.
I haven't heard any more from him.

Am I the only one who finds that strange ...? :doh:

He might have religious beliefs that prevent him from taking things from non-Muslims. If he sends them back to you, then don't be hurt by it, it's his own personal choice.

The blessings haven't been returned, so hopefully all is well. :)

Mind you, not all members make use of their blessings, and certainly many Muslims have reservations about creating a CF character.

Yes, I believe they liken it to 'creating a being' ... which only Allah can do.
I don't think Muslims are allowed to draw or paint any human likenesses, nor to have photographs of them.
