URGENT: Prayer needed for fellow member of the forum

I just turned on my cell phone (which was apparently turned off after I got home :() and had a message from JoelParks.

Joel just called to tell me that he got a call while at work from his cousin telling him that an ambulance was at his house and that his father was inside with an IV connected to his arm. That is all he knows at this point. He said he'd keep me posted and I'll update here when I hear something. He is headed now to be with him. I'm sure the family covets your prayers.

Well- I called him back, and his dad passed away of a heart attack tonight.

Obviously the entire family is greiving and no funeral plans have been made.

They live in Arkansas not too far from the extended family members. Please remember the Parks and their extended family at this time of need.

I agree, I'm just in shock and greiving today. I can't even imagine, and I lost my grandfather (who helped raise us kids) two years ago January.

Joel was there when I called and needed help, and called to check on me. (He was in Illinois at the time, and I had gone to SC to take care of things)

I don't know what to think really other than G-d's will be done, and the loss we have is heaven's gain, but even that isn't comforting now.

Pain, feeling of loss - and the other feelings subside, in time (or lessen to a degree).

Joel I am so, so sorry. All of us at home and Andreas are praying, and I've sent the information to B.E.S. as well as to the prayerful folks at work.
