CFFAngels: This thread is for you to discuss if you want to have your own team or teams or want to stay on the teams faith and hope.

As I said in the other thread, I'm ok either way.

I do feel like we need to air out the expectations of rescuers and fosters. We've worked under pretty tight constraints in the past: Don't feed pets that aren't at least 70% hungry, and don't let any pets die/get lost in cyberspace. When we can't log on for 2-3 days, if a pet was 50-60% hungry last time we checked, it may be 100% hungry/zero health by the time we come back around.

The 144 hours grace period has saved a lot of pets since I joined the team.

I'm picking up a sense, though, that it's preferred that a pet NEVER get that low in hunger/health. This means that we'd have to log on and check more frequently than the guideline indicates.

Soooo...if that's the expectation, that a pet never gets to 0%, then we need to rethink either the point at which we feed them, or how frequently rescuers and fosters need to log on.

I spend about 150-200 blessings a week feeding my assigned pets (plus the 3 fosters I'm watching). Several of my pets are abandoned, and I also have responsibility for two moderators' pets. I feed those two pets kind of on principle anytime I notice that they fall below 50% because I know the mods are insanely busy here at CF and it's easy to lose track of a pet.

Angels, I have question??? How do you feel about the team you are on?? Some of you want to be more active and some do not. same with the rescuers... what are your thoughts about chnging teams same as the mod's each having own team with leader and the leader being the more active one??*LD*

PS... please re-read the angels guidelines in the sticky thread and let me know if you want to change your role or stay with these guideline?? Angel Guidelines (http://www.christianforums.com/t3001762-guidelines-for-cffosterangels.html)

I am available as much as needed.

Listed below are some concerns I have.

My biggest concern is for anyone that joins the team give great consideration for the responsibility you are signing up for.

We can no longer get outsiders to come in and do our jobs. Everyone has to have the icon to enter this part of the forum.

For this reason we will all have to work together and help each other out but at the same time not take advantage of each other.

CFFA3 has made some good points in her post so be sure to read what she has posted.

We need to establish at what point we feed to keep the pets alive or keep it alive and healthy. DR..CF will instruct us on this and we will have to follow the guidelines she gives us.

I like the idea of each one signing in on their own post each day and that way it will be very easy to see who is making their visits as required and it will also have the list of pets you are watching over.

We should all continue to be on the watch for pets in need and report those pet directly to our leader and the leader will assign the pet to an angel.

I think we should establish some kind of requirements for new angels or have someone sponsor them.

These are just some thoughts I have. I hope other will post their thought and ideas and we can soon all know our duties and take care of the pets.

I agree about this too. That was my first feeling when I couldn`t come in and feed the pets on my account Rut.I think we have some people that come nearly every day and help us to feed they really hungry ones and abno... one`s too. They have even found pets that we didn`t know about what I have understand.
Now they can`t anymore do this things:(

I like the old rules about feeding the pets. That`s means that not feed them before come to 90 % hungry. Why? I have some owners that can go rather high before they feed the pet for exampl up to 87% hungry.Should I feed them then every day because they are around 75% hungry then I take over the pet;) I suppose when we have been here for awhile we start to know the owners too, aren`t we?

One of my thoughts that I do are to try to have the abnom...pets on my watchlist to 0% hungry. So I pop into them everyday. That is a good point too for them that aren`t here everyday. If we wait for long it can be expensive for us too.On that way we can save blessings;)

I like things the way they are. :)

Everything has been very dis-organized and no one knew who is actually on our team... now we are at least talking and commuincating again... this is a good thing.....*LD*

I wish I could log on every day to my foster account. Wish I had time to post a lot under this account, too. And I wish I could check on the pets every day.

Can't do it though. That was one of the reasons why I volunteered to be a fosterangel rather than a pet rescuer.

Not to worry... it will get easier I promise... just be patient.... and check out post #51 in New Organization Thread.... *LD*

I think it would be easier on the team leaders if we did have a few angels/rescuers one a team say like 5. Depending on how many of each there really are. Im interested in becoming a leader whether it is for angels or rescuers.

I just want for us all to be able to communicate and be able to voice our opinions.
