You mean this?
O GOD, WHO didst will to hallow the standard of the life-giving Cross by the Precious Blood of Thine only-begotten Son; grant, we beseech Thee, that they who rejoice in honouring the same holy Cross, may rejoice also in Thine ever-present protection. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.

Or as it is in Latin:
DEUS, QUI unigeniti Filii tui pretioso Sanguine, vivificae Crucis vexillum sanctificare voluisti: concede, quaesumus, eos qui eiusdem sanctae Crucis gaudent honore, tua quoque ubique protectione gaudere. Per eumdem Christum Dominum nostrum. Amen.

I found it on this site:

I am looking for the collect which talks about the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and the cross as anti-types.

Well, it is hard to say that the Missal is exclusively Anglican or Roman Catholic. We have both used it in Latin, and both used it in English. Our translation into English is so good, that the FSSP uses it, and recomends it to laity.

What is the FSSP?

Are you asking about the Litany of the Holy Cross? I don't think the litany mentions the tree of knowledge but if thats the one you're looking for I can post it after work.

Oh - It is the preface, not the collect.

It is truly meet and just, right and for our salvation, that we should at all times, and in all places, give thanks unto Thee, O holy Lord, Father almighty, everlasting God :

Who didst establish the salvation of mankind on the tree of the Cross: that whence death came thence also life might arise again, and that he, Who overcame by the tree, by the tree also might be overcome: Through Christ our Lord.

Also:

Preface Qui per passionem
... everlasting God, through Christ our Lord. Who by the suffering of the Cross redeemed the world, and brought sweetness upon the taste of the ancient tree which was so bitter, by the antidote of the Cross. For by His victory upon the Tree He trampled down the death which had entered in by the tree forbidden, so that we who were banished from His flowery Throne by tasting of a tree could return to the joys of Paradise once more by the tree of the Cross. By Whom Angels praise Thy majesty, Dominions worship, the Powers tremble. The heavens, and the heavenly Virtues, and the blessed Seraphim, concelebrate in one exultation. With whom command our voices also to have entrance, we beseech Thee, humbly confessing Thee and saying:
Choir: Holy, Holy, Holy, etc.
