Does anyone know the color code to make transparent tables on your homepage? Ive seen some that did this- their background showed through on their background table by making it transparent. (Hope this makes sense)

A table normally IS transparent, unless you specify a background color and/or image. So the background image for the page shows thru the table.
If what you mean is the pages that have a STATIONERY image that doesn't scroll as the page scrolls, I found information on it the other day on pages talking about using cascading style sheets. You might search.

Actually when I leave the Table Background Color blank it shows up as either white or gray depending on what browser I use.
