2 Peter 3: 10 - But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with great noise, and the (*)**elements will melt with (*)*fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.

(*)*Very hot: glowing
(*)** Any of the four substances air, water, fire

Revelation 20: 14-15, 21:1 - Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire. And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea.

(2 Peter 3: 13) - Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.

Zephaniah 1: 2-3 - "I will utterly consume all things from the face of the land", says the Lord; "I will consume man and beast; I will consume the birds of the heaven, the fish of the sea, and the stumbling blocks along with the wicked. I will cut off man from the face of the land". Says the Lord.

Malachi 4: 1 - "For the day is coming, burning like an oven, and all the proud, yes, all who do wickedly will be stubble. And the day which is coming shall burn them up." Says the Lord of host, that will leave neither root nor branch.

Isaiah 65: 17 - " For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former shall not be remembered or come to mind.

God created us to ultimatly share in His glory the same way the Son does. Mankind even at its best is not complete, has not yet attained what God has planned for them. God is not done creating us, the physical creation of man is complet, but our spiritual creation will be complete when all of God's people have been glowrified or one with God in its fulness. When this has been accomplished all trace of the former will be totally erased; even the memory of the former things will be forgotten. God will creat a new beginning, as if for the very first time. God also is in effect is creating a family, His family. It is not part of God's plan for us to remain as we are, flesh and blood. Flesh is weak, lowly, and mortal, and therefore falls far short of what God wants for us. When all of His people have been gloried (transformed into the image of His son), then, and only then will God fulfil His propose in us and through us, which also mean we will be fulfilling our purpose. Awesome, isn't it?

I hope that after reading this (if you have not been doing so) you will Study God's Word to learn more about Him and His plan for you and all people. Use as many translation of the Bible as you can get your hands on. Also look up the words in Hebrew and Greek you will be amazed at how it will broaden your understanding

I know "Sea" is always seen as chaos. There will be no chaos, God's order will be established forever. And, it is not matter of interpation...nations is not the sea.

I think "sea" means the nations as in the unsaved.

All will be believers.

There will be no need for these things because everyone will be spirit; remember what Jesus said, "the meek shall inherit the earth".

The word "sea" does not always mean Nation, in this case it means exactly what it says.
