At least a couple weeks minimum I think...

And how many hrs should the person be online for?

I look for at least a 20 post a day average...

What is a fair price for Cf pet adoption?

The going rate is about 500 blessings +/-... I think that's fair... but it the candidate met the above qualifications and desired a pet... I would gladly pay the purchase price for them... I have often sent half anonamously...;)

A person doesn't necessarily need to be wealthy to get a CF pet, but they need to be able to earn the blessings throught their job or posting to feed it. When I adopted Mishka I had to post to feed her, but it's nothard to do that if you chat in Friendship Court or Play games in the Rec Room.

The person doesn't necessarily need to be online all the time, but they should be aware that if they can only be here occasionally, they need to pay for day care when they are not around.

I agree with 500 and below for an adoption.

I would say also, if the poster is a site supporter, that should be considered as having enough blessings to maintain a pet even if they don't post a lot, because of the blessings they receive as a site supporter.

It only takes about 6 blessings a day to feed a CF pet.

I agree with that...

Although right now I am in the process of adopting out Buddy to a great member. She does not have a lot of blessings right now...But I encouraged her to get a job.

I am also adopting Buddy to her for a very very low price, because I think she's going to take good care of him, even though she doesn't have so many blessings at the moment.

Especially now with the 2 offers of blessings when adopting a rescued CF pet...I know she'll be able to care for him.

Also, if anyone commits to adopt before Nov 1st but has to wait for a pet to come out of daycare, PM me when the adoption goes through. I'll send them the 180 blessings as well. I realize that some of your adoptable pets are in daycare right now to protect them from kill night.
