which kind of movie file is it? do you have a link for it?

if yes just enter that link in the appropriate field and it should work....

or just post the link here and I guess someone will be able to help out :)

the problem might be the type of file it is but I dunno about which ones you can use and which ones you can't....

I'll try to enter the link again, and it's a swf file. I don't know which files that can or can't be used either. Thank you for your help.

I haven't been able to get the movie file to work yet. I also tried to put a url from You Tube but it still won't work. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any suggestions?

The YouTube one should work. You're just entering the link, right? Not the code with the embed tag in it? And you're entering it in the right field?

Can you tell us exactly what you are pasting, and exactly where you are pasting it, and what the result is?

I tried to paste the You Tube link in the field for movie file, but it still isn't working.

What do you mean when you say it isn't working? Does an image show up, but it won't play? Does nothing show up at all? Can you paste here the link that you are trying to paste into the field?

Nothing shows up at all. Here is the link:

I really appreciate your help, by the way. Shalom and G-d bless you.

Okay, this is probably why the link isn't working. When you click it, this is what you get:

This video may contain content that is inappropriate for some users, as flagged by YouTube's user community.
By clicking "Confirm," you are agreeing that all videos flagged by the YouTube community will be viewable by this account.

And you have to click the Confirm button to view the video. Since CF doesn't have the ability to do that, the video isn't displaying. That's my speculation anyway.

You might try adding the video to your Custom HTML section using the Embed code on the YouTube page, if you know how to put HTML into that section.

Sorry I can't be more help.

I have tried many video urls from YouTube, and none have worked yet. What do I do now?
