Two possibilities. If it's somewhere on the net, use the IMG tag. You should write {IMG}http://www.someplace.com/someurl{/IMG} (Using [] instead of {} of course). If it's one your computer, enter the filename (the full filename, like C:\Pictures\for_the_forums.jpg) in the Attachment box when you reply.
Also, you need 100 posts, which I don't have, so I can't demonstrate. Sorry.
