In North America and England - yes many (but not all) do.

you can visit some of the church's website or get contact number to call and inquire.

Are you in the US? If so, most Orthodox churches will have services mostly in English, regardless of the adjective in front of "Orthodox." For instance, my church is "Antiochian Orthodox," and most of the parishoners are Arab (this is not always true either; there are Antiochian churches with few or no Arabs). But probably 95% of the service is generally in English.

Some of our churches hold services in other languages. Sometimes there are clues that would indicate it (for instance, if all the signs are in another language) but the best way to find out is to call (or email) and ask. Or ask here. There's a good chance someone here has been to whatever church you're looking into.

The American Carpatho-Russian Orthodox (ACROD) conduct the Divine Litrugy entirely in English.

Welcome!
