I would like to propose a new forum for our Russian speaking friends here on Christian Forums. I have noticed that there have been a number of Russian speaking posters in the chatbox, and also on the forums. Many of them are attempting to learn English, but I think it would be a wonderful thing if we could make a forum for them to communicate with one another. We do have some moderator's who speak Russian, and so it would be very easy to have them moderate that forum.
There are so many Christians in Russia and the Ukraine. This would be a way for us to reach out to them. We also have a large number of Russian American's and Ukrainian American's in the USA (specifically on the west coast). I think that once the word got around that we had a place for them to to come and talk to one another about Christianity, we'd see so many of them here. It would also promote the idea of "Uniting all Christians as one body."
