The point to be debated: I hold the position that yes, God may choose us, but we also choose Him.
Number of participants: One per side.
Number of posts allowed: 20 (Opening Statement, Eight Rebuttals, and Conclusion per participant).
Post length: 5,000 maximum.
Debate starts: November 1.
Rebuttal time: 3 days (countdown for next rebuttal starts when the second individual posts their rebuttal).
Sources: Scripture only.

Debate Schedule:

November 1 - Both opening statements due.
November 4 - Both initial rebuttals due.
November 7 - Both secondary rebuttals due.
November 10 - Both third rebuttals due.
November 13 - Both fourth rebuttals due.
November 16 - Both fifth rebuttals due.
November 19 - Both sixth rebuttals due.
*Break for Thanksgiving Holiday*
November 25 - Both seventh rebuttals due.
November 28 - Both eighth rebuttals due.
December 1 - Both conclusions due.

All parameters negotiable.

There are many who hold to the doctrines of Grace here. I am one and see no problem with unconditional election and the stand you wish to defend. Other than your "may", but that is surely addressed in Scripture.

So, Good luck on finding a some one who will take the negetive.
