If I remember correctly, the Wesleyan/Methodist/Nazarene divisions arose primarily over social issues like slavery, temperance, and women's suffrage. There were also disputes over internal matters like rented pews.

The Wesleyan Church http://www.wesleyan.org
Free Methodist Church http://www.freemethodistchurch.org/
(not to be confused with the UMC http://www.umc.org)
and The Church of the Nazarene http://www.nazarene.org/
are all identified as "Wesleyan Holiness" denominations (See the Family Tree of Religious Groups http://www.nazarene.org/archives/history/tree.pdf at the Nazarene archives page).
Because they are part of the same tradition, identifying theological differences would be very difficult, and any claim of a specific difference would probably result in a marathon banter of hair splitting arguments.
Most of the differences between these denominations lies in their polity. How ministers and missionaries are assigned, how and when church boards and ministry commities are organized, how their institutions of higher education are funded, etc. But there is very little if anything to differintiate them theologically.
