..or spilling beans about armoury team....

I have seen several not very nice complaints about armoury designs,now I would like to tell you,that Raven and Knight,are doing very dificult work,they are torn between their desire for perfection,and consideration of the team designers feelings,and it is a very thin line.
I personaly had been upset quite a few times,asked to remake an item over and over.I can tell you,that I usualy have to submit every design several times,and for example,I have 47 files of Lucy's camp dress. files..and at the end,that was added without being 100% .
I joined armoury to have fun,to learn and to please.
Constructive criticism,I welcome,but insulting and inconsiderate complaints,hurt unfortunately.
We all do this for free,we have families,all sorts of problems in our private life,and come to armoury to relax,and hope to put smile on peoples face.
That is the reward we get,nothing else.
So,all you good good people,please think how you complain,it is OK to say what you feel,and it is OK to not like armoury items,and request changes,but please,be kind:):hug:.
There is lot of work going in,from people mostly invisible ,and loads of work for example Raven puts in,not interesting or exciting,but touching up here and there,to make things as good as they can be.
She and Knight inspect every item,and advice how to improve it.
There is not team of 30 designers,but mostly you can count them on one hand,and it is not an easy process.
