I have a question regarding CF characcter

Hi, can someone please tell me how i could get a Cf character. I try getting it but i was unable to get it .They said i needed to have all 5 CF characters equipped. I don't understand. I have 211 blessings. I don't knoww if it is enough to get a character. please explain to me .Thanks i appreciate it.:)

and choose one of each 5 categories
then equip them
