Looks like Thomas Kincaid helped the Bendville Bagginses a bit.

That's the color gold in the interior that I was suggesting that Michael paint his little chapel. Though I think he went for blue.

That is my DREAM home! I'm a nature freak, and I've always dreamed of living at a place like the Shire! Lots of nature - forest, river, fields.... amazing! Now I just need to have mom win the lottery! :P

Hey, those prices are cheap compared to housing in the DC area.

There not that bad compared to Southern California either. The only difference is that in So Cal and DC you can find jobs. ;)
