I think what he means is that his necklace cannot logically break by itself. Something, some evil forces outside of the physical realm must have caused the breaking.

oooh that has happen to me before, I don't think its evil forces though. Most man made things break in the end.

God is always with you, always, forever.
When sleeping with a necklace, it is easy to thrash about at night or get your hand caught, or many things and the necklace breaks. I have had it happen to me many times. There is nothing to be scared of. Fix you necklace and put you cross back on and trust in God implicitly to take care of you...He will.

i agree
be encouraged. God is with you if you believe and trust in Him. wearing the cross is a reminder of that. read Psalms 91 and put your trust in God.:holy: ask Him to protect you at all times from fear and harm, and He will.

Remember that it is written ye shall tread on serpants and scorpians, but they shall in no wise harm you... for greater is He that is within you than Him that is in the world.
Look to Jesus - He'll direct your paths... always. :)

I can't even count the number of times I've broken or taken off my necklaces in my sleep (all of them crosses, mind you). I do understand the initial superstitious fear that there's some sign in that, but really... you were probably just tugging on something uncomfortable in your sleep.
In any case, I'll pray for you because you're scared, and hopefully you'll realize you have nothing to be scared about. :)

A CROSS IS NOTHING BUT AN IDOL....!
Perhaps you should see what the WORD of GOD, has to say about such an IDOL?
(Isaiah 44:7-to-20) And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and shall come, let them shew unto them.
(Isa 44:8) Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any.
(Isa 44:9) They that make a graven image are all of them vanity; and their delectable things shall not profit; and they are their own witnesses; they see not, nor know; that they may be ashamed.
(Isa 44:10) Who hath formed a god, or molten a graven image that is profitable for nothing?
(Isa 44:11) Behold, all his fellows shall be ashamed: and the workmen, they are of men: let them all be gathered together, let them stand up; yet they shall fear, and they shall be ashamed together.
(Isa 44:12) The smith with the tongs both worketh in the coals, and fashioneth it with hammers, and worketh it with the strength of his arms: yea, he is hungry, and his strength faileth: he drinketh no water, and is faint.
(Isa 44:13) The carpenter stretcheth out his rule; he marketh it out with a line; he fitteth it with planes, and he marketh it out with the compass, and maketh it after the figure of a man, according to the beauty of a man; that it may remain in the house.
(Isa 44:14) He heweth him down cedars, and taketh the cypress and the oak, which he strengtheneth for himself among the trees of the forest: he planteth an ash, and the rain doth nourish it.
(Isa 44:15) Then shall it be for a man to burn: for he will take thereof, and warm himself; yea, he kindleth it, and baketh bread; yea, he maketh a god, and worshippeth it; he maketh it a graven image, and falleth down thereto.
(Isa 44:16) He burneth part thereof in the fire; with part thereof he eateth flesh; he roasteth roast, and is satisfied: yea, he warmeth himself, and saith, Aha, I am warm, I have seen the fire:
(Isa 44:17) And the residue thereof he maketh a god, even his graven image: he falleth down unto it, and worshippeth it, and prayeth unto it, and saith, Deliver me; for thou art my god.
(Isa 44:18) They have not known nor understood: for he hath shut their eyes, that they cannot see; and their hearts, that they cannot understand.
(Isa 44:19) And none considereth in his heart, neither is there knowledge nor understanding to say, I have burned part of it in the fire; yea, also I have baked bread upon the coals thereof; I have roasted flesh, and eaten it: and shall I make the residue thereof an abomination? shall I fall down to the stock of a tree?
(Isa 44:20) He feedeth on ashes: a deceived heart hath turned him aside, that he cannot deliver his soul, nor say, Is there not a lie in my right hand?
LEAVE YOUR IDOLS ALONE!
(John 15:1-to-6) I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.
(Joh 15:2) Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
(Joh 15:3) Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
(Joh 15:4) Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
(Joh 15:5) I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
(Joh 15:6) If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

Did you take off a pull over shirt last night going to bed? If you took off a t-shirt, you probably accidentally removed your necklace at the same time. Stepping on it would have probably broken the cross.
Or you might not be as still as you think during sleep. Lots of people move about, even getting out of bed. My son will actually pop up and even kind of have a conversation with you and he isn't awake. It's a continuation of what is called fussy sleep. He doesn't do it often but still once in awhile.
It's not uncommon for people to get up and eat or get food and go back to bed.
You seem concerned that some sort of demon came while you slept and removed your necklace and broke the cross, but that is far from the most likely answer. I'm not aware of any documented ability of demons to break crosses, usually the cross is used to protect people from them, wouldn't be much protection if they could just break it.
So I sincerely doubt that there is a supernatural cause to what you experienced. At least until you show you didn't have clothes on that you could have accidentally removed it and you went through a sleep workup to see if you sleepwalk or anything.

If the clasp of the necklace was opened, that's normal, but the problem is it's closed...there's no space for my necklace fallen off.
but anyway,I got many encouragement, and I think I won't wear it anymore, for God would protect me Himself but not the cross.I read my bible loudly that night in my room and pray the demons leave me alone in Jesus' name.
I feel peace now.
Thanks God.

I forgot to tell you that the teeniest little space that you can't even see easily will allow one part of the neclace to escape from another part. And if you try to put it back together that way, it is impossible. This is the way neclaces are. I respect your decision to not wear the necklace. Just that if it has sentimental value to you, it is possible to come apart without any noticeable openings. I pray all good things for you my friend.

A CROSS IS NOTHING BUT AN IDOL....!
:preach:
A cross is not an idol. We do not worship the likeness of the cross, but wear it as a rememberance of the terrible sacrafice made on our behalf.
Do you find it necessary to jump in like that when someone is requesting prayer and encouragement?
