Whenever I give reputation to people, I can only give 2. How do I give more? Does it have anything to do with the amount of reputation that I have?

You give 2 because 1, you have over 1000 rep points, and 2, because you've given 1 automatically after reaching that point. You get a point every 365 days you're here, every time you make 1000 posts, and every time you reach 1000 more rep points. :)

Your reputation power is determined by your post count, reputation, and the number of days you had been in CF.

So my reputation got to the number it's at because other people gave it to me?
Is there some way to know when someone has given you reputation so you can thank them? Or is it supposed to be annonymous?
Thank you

If you go into your control panel (the button at the top of the screen, above CF characters and next to register) you should see two lists there about reputation. They are near the bottom of the page.
The first is who you have given reps to, the second is who you have reps from ("Latest Reputation Received".) They may be minimised, in which case there's a button to expand them. You don't get a message when someone reps you, you just have to check it there and then you can thank the person if you want.

Go to your control panel.

Stroll down to the bottom. It should say who you give reputation to, and who gives you reputation. :)

Thanks very much. It takes a while to learn how to really utilize all the features CF offers, but only because there are so many. I really enjoy being here.
God bless
