When you choose the behavior, you also choose the consequences."

I think most behaviors are choices, and choices led to consequences.

Sometimes the consequences of a good, healthy behavior bring about good consequences.

Untoward behavior can lead to consequences we may not like if we choose that behavior. Take drunkenness for example -- people have suffered a lot of unpleasant consequences from that choice to pursue alcohol. Often quite sad and devestating consequences.

All choices have consequences.

But, that doesn't mean God can't turn a situation around for the better!

Dr. Phil does have some good quotes and is insightful even though I don't listen to him.

The Bible says that when you choose the deeds of light good consequences - but the deeds of darkness bad consequences.

What does it say about the heart? Matthew 6:21- Where your treasure is, is where your heart is also.

The biggest problem that folks have is owning their choices and the ensuing consequences.

Too many times the "I made a mistake" card is played.

Putting on mismatched socks is a mistake. Engaging in purposeful behaviors is choice.

BIG difference.

Blessings all around

i don't understand it that way, because most of the time people don't think about consequences when they do something stupid. the consequences don't always come around until much later, after what's done is done. i would say that we choose behaviour and the consequences just are.
we reap what we sow.
