Report PM Button & Report MyCF Homepage Profile Button

Members can now easily report a PM or a MyCF Homepage Profile by clicking on the REPORT button at the bottom of the PM or the MyCF Homepage Profile.

The CF Support Staff Team will automatically receive these reports and work on them.

They will also be in charge of reviewing reports from the CF Support/Feature forums as well as from the CF Quiz and CF Auctions, plus the CF Chatbox. Yes, they will be a busy team!

By the way, this took me over 5 hours to code... yes, all afternoon - it's harder than it looks integrating this into the software reporting code so that all the correct permissions work. Took me over 1 hour to work out that I had mispelt report to qreport - this caused a bug that took me a while to work out!
