As part of the automatic notification system, if you make a report, and staff review it, once they make a decision, an automatic PM is sent to the reporter to let them know, not of the decision, but that the report is closed. What the outcome is will be kept private for privacy reasons, but most of the time is obvious depending on what the report was about.
