Read the bible, do what it says, call on Jesus and ask Him to forgive you of your sins, keep your faith in Christ

Joh 5:24
(24) Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

Act 2:21
(21) And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Act 2:38
(38) Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Rom 10:9-11
(9) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
(10) For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
(11) For the Scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

its cool cause well God is All Powerful, and Does the Best of Everyone, and well He loves to help if you fallow the right ways.. its like baken a cake, that its needs the right ways, it wouldnt work if you just ate the good stuff before putting it on the cake, well you could but it might lead to a stomach ache, and well God is So Old and Wise that He knows already, everything... and i think that if you wanted to be sure that Jesus is His Son, you gotta believe that He rose from the dead, on His Own, kinda... well i guess... that once you fallow the right path, like doing as much as you can everyhting that He said, the instructions kinda, well then you are one who is great for God! and He loves you to be there and stay good for Him, so He helps us and so does Jesus, His Son, who came to the earth to save us, and taught us the saving way, called the Path of Life, which He lived the best of all.. He actually did way more than just teach but something called the MOST RIGHTEOUS DEED, He carried the cross, and died... rose again 3 days later, and saved everyones life, now we are in His Kinda world and well we can know of Him more and more, from the bible, for it all really talks about Him, and you can learn that He is more than just the Messiah, too, but it is for you to learn, and believe... cause God is the only one who made it all, and to live forever you gotta fallow pretty closely to Jesus, God forgives you totally but the better you are like Him, the better your eternal life will be.. like with wings in Heaven!! You should ask about Heaven if you dont think studying and fallowing is worth it, Heaven everyone knows alittle differently but not even all of us are completely close to the best good it is for all!

wow great start! keep reading the bible, the OT is good to know about and Jesus is too... the best is if you write the words of God, then you start to get poetic...

Question: What is your only comfort in life and death?

Answer: That I with [1Cor. 6:19,20] body and soul, both in life and death, [Rom. 14:7,8,9] am not my own, but belong [1Cor. 3:23] to my faithful Savior Jesus Christ; who, with his precious [1Pet. 1:18,19] blood, has fully [1John 1:7] satisfied for all my sins, and delivered [1John 3:8; Heb. 2:14,15] me from all the power of the devil; and so preserves me [John 6:39; John 10:28,29] that without the will of my heavenly Father, not a hair [Luke 21:18; Matt. 10:30] can fall from my head; indeed, that all things must be [Rom. 8:28] subservient to my salvation, and therefore, by his Holy Spirit, he also assures me [2Cor. 1:22; 2Cor 5:5] of eternal life, and makes [Rom. 8:14; Rom. 7:22] me sincerely willing and ready, from now on, to live unto him.

In the Parable of the Sower, our Lord speaks of six types of Christians. (Please read the Parable of the Sower.)

The first three are lukewarm Christians, who grow in poor soil, and I believe they have no "eternal life". They are the wayside Christian, the rocky Christian and the thorny Christian who have no sustance in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Then there are the new born-again Christians, the struggling Christians, and the Christ-centred Christians, who are grounded in "good soil", and they are called the 30-fold, 60-fold and the 100-fold, who have eternal life, and follows His Word in obedience and discipline.

Now over time anyone of these "good soil" Christians can fall back into their old ways and habits and become lukewarm Christians.

Always remember, just by going to church on Sunday doesn't make you a Christian, by praying doesn't make you a Christian, by doing good works doesn't make you a Christian, and by being born into a Christian family doesn't make you a Christian.

A Christian is a believer, and follower of our Lord Jesus Christ, yep, a Christ-centred Christian.
