Sorry for so many threads, but just trying to keep those who are interested, up on what's going on.
The Dr. is very good, and is referring Barb to one of their therapy doctors. She could be in for some p.t. She had this back in '03 or '04, and it seemed to help "some". He gave her some pain medicine that is neither sedative nor addictive, so this is good. She is feeling pretty well, overall, and we came back by the Whataburger, and had one great meal, then dropped the car off at the dealership to have the tires rotated. Not too bad a day, overall.
Thanks for your prayers-

Thanks, guys-
She still has that rash or splotches, that she took the Diflucan for. We left a message on the doctor's office machine while ago. Getting a live human on doctors' phones is a rarity in these parts.
God bless,

True. It's also becoming increasingly rare to get in to see a doctor these days without calling several months in advance. I had a relatively urgent medical problem last Fall and it took me six weeks of being bounced around before I finally got in to surgery. Actually, now that I think about it, six weeks is practically the speed of light in the medical community, isn't it? But I had a very similar condition back when I was a teenager (many years ago but I'm not saying HOW MANY years ago--ha ha!!) and it was taken care of within the week. Of course that time it didn't require surgery but I wonder if this time it wouldn't either had everyone not screwed around so much . . . well anyway, I'm not sure if it has to do with where I live or what, but it seems like that whole situation has really taken a turn for the worse in about the last 5 - 10 years.
Sorry for going off topic a bit. I could go on and on (and HAVE went on and on--trust me) about the medical crisis in this country. I'm glad things appear to be looking up a bit for you, Tony & Barb. I will keep you in my prayers.
