Have you seen those new wireless cards by Sprint? I think those are like broadband. I don't know how much they cost or anything.

they have that option too, wireless card for a notebook, they cost roughly $40 to 60

but, then you have to pay something like $60 or 70 a month just to use it.

would be nice, but totally not worth that. i don't go away that much.....

since my other answer about where i was five years ago wasnt good enough:

I was on a drive with my parents (3 1/2 hour drive) to Harrisburg for an RV show. we were towing our travel trailer to camp for a couple of nights. I really love music, so it was unusual for me, but I hadn't turned on the radio, or turned on my walkman radio (usually on a trip i'd listen to a walkman radio, and my parents would listen to the car radio) but for three hours of the drive no one had the radio on... about half an hour from the place, I decided to listen. Well I hate listening to anything other than music on the radio, so it's not unusual for me to change stations if I don't hear a song playing. I kept scanning the stations on my walkman, and every station that came up, was news, so i'd change it and change it. I couldn't figure it out because it wasn't right on the hour or anything.
So I stopped and heard talking, and said to my parents that there was only news on the radio stations so I think something important must be on for them to turn on the car radio.

we did. and listened for awhile and heard what was going on. and we had a tv in our van, but i couldn't find a station that wasn't snowy....

we stopped, got hooked up, turned on a tv in the camper and we had it on in time to see the buildings fall.
