View Full Version : Not repenting over something

Tenken07
22nd August 2006, 10:32 PM
Ive decided to stop repenting for the things the demons around me make me do. For a couple of reasons.

1. The things they cause me to do arent my fault
2. They cause me to sin too fast for me to repent and bear it, so I started saying God forgive me for the things they cause me to do.
3. God wont ask me to do anything I cant take or bear or do
4. The things they make me do, like walking on christ when im on grass, arent really being done to christ
5. So far everyone I ask about this says that the things they cause me to do arent my fault and say that im not really doing these things.
6. You cant really do things to christ like walk on him, its still ground, and Christ would have to be there on the ground for you to walk on him.
7. God knows my heart and knows im not really doing them, it’s the demons controlling me.
8. God is perfectly fair and just, and its not fair that these things they are making me do should be my sins and im the one in trouble or needs to repent for it.

Im posting this to get more opinions to make sure what im doing wont send me into the lake of fire because im doing something wrong.
The sins they cause me to do are things like when I walk, they make me “walk on christ” or when I chew and eat food they make me “Chew and eat christ” or if I type they make me “type Christ” or “type on christ”. I was told that really these things are still the ground, still my food, and the keyboard. I even tried to prove this by not repenting and seeing if God would still protect me from these things, so far id say he has as I was able to resist the demons easily, compared to when God was disciplining me and I couldn’t resist the demons at all. I also thought God was confirming all this because when I asked God to make them stop sinning against christ, I stopped resisting then and stopped repenting, they also stopped and I had a break, but the demons were clearly still trying to make me repent and do those things. They still are trying to make me repent and keep making me sin against christ.

When I was repenting for all the things they were making me do, it was too much stress and I was going nuts from all the things they were making me do.

Would everyone agree with me on the things ive said so far? Id like some opinions.

One thing I want to make sure is clear. Even though you may be tempted by demons you still are at fault for going along with the temptations. Jesus was tempted by Satan himself. We would be wise to follow his actions. Using the word of God to fight back. Scripture is our sword against the spiritual enemy we face.

im not going along with temtations, they are literally controlling me.

True born again Christians can't be controlled by demons. If we have the Holy Spirit "controlling" us the demons can't take back control. Are you sure it's demons? If so then what is your testimony of being born again?

im not going along with temtations, they are literally controlling me.

Ive accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour, I repented for my sins, I changed from my old ways, Ive done so far everything people have told me to do to be saved. I repented and prayed desperately and badly because I didnt want to go to hell or the lake of fire and wanted to be saved. I asked Jesus to come into my heart and asked for the powre to overcome my sins. I used to masterbate, and was into fighting and psychic things, but ive turned from those those and dont do them now. I personally believe God helped me get past those because it seems like god is answering my prayers.

I also think the demons reactions prove that I was saved then, since they got angrier than Ive ever seen them, and they came at me stronger and harder than any other time.

If what you say is true then you would be born again. If your born again you can certainly come under times of heavy temptation. It may not always be from demons but just from our own sinful flesh. All I can recommend is to dig into God's word daily, find a good accountability partner at church there locally, pray when you wake up, during the day and before you go to bed and finally always remember to put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6). You'll be in my prayers.

Im pretty sure this isnt temtation, everytime they do it to me, I have no control, and cant stop myself. If this were temptation, God would be providing me with a way out.

since we've established that im saved and all.... can I get some opinions to my original purpose for this thread?

The idea that a person is not responsible for their own sins has no basis in either the Scriptures or the tradition that Jesus came from.

Every temptation is an opportunity to do the right thing.

Tenken,

To the OP, it isn't about repenting over a single sin, it's about living a life of repentence. We literally cannot not go 24 hours without succumbing to some kind of sin.

I think it's not so much about demons making you sin, but about satan making you feel guilty for doing things that everyone, even saved people, do occasionally.

I'm saying this in the spirit that I'm worried about you. Please see a licensed pastoral counselor.

wow you guys really arent listening to me. THEY LITERALLY CONTROL ME AND MAKE ME DO THINGS. im trying to figure out if its MY SIN for the thing THEY LITERaLLY MAKE me do

when I sin on my own, I can tell the difference between being controlled and when its really me succumbing to it, and I repent for when its me. This is different. And its not something occasional. THEY DO IT TO ME ALL THE TIME! I dont get a moments peace without them making me do something. Its driving me nuts, and im not getting any help on this. Even God just seems to ignore and reject me with this.

Ten, everyone sins. It's the nature of our fleshly bodies. If you have Christ in you, demons can't inhabit you. Darkness cannot be in the same place as light.

And God will not ignore or reject you. He sent Christ to die for you.

Once again, please talk to a pastoral counselor. The tone of your posts worry me.

It may be that no one here is able to help you because none of us has experienced these demons. I do not doubt that they are real to you and it is causing you anguish. Do you see these demons? How do they speak to you and control you? I am going to be very blunt now and say that I honestly think you may be suffering from a mental illness. It is nothing to be ashamed of and can be controlled if medical help is sought. I am going to beg you to see a medical doctor to determine if this is the case. It will have no effect on your being saved or whether you are living in faith but will give you some relief from the demons. I do believe yours is a medical problem not a spiritual one.

I already know that this isnt a medical condition because of all the psychic and occult things I got into. I had psychic power and can tell that these are demons.

Im not denying that I sin because of my fleshly nature. I know and acknowledge that. This is different. Do you know what its like to have all your motor controls taken from you and be controlled like a puppet? I cant [wash my mouth][wash my mouth][wash my mouth][wash my mouth][wash my mouth][wash my mouth][wash my mouth] take this. Its too much for me to handle.

You say you want help but then you don't listen to it. Unless you actually get checked you don't know anything at all. Everything you have described since starting here are symptoms of a mental illness not of demons. Until you are willing to seek help and actually listen to it no one can help you. Go get checked if for no other reason than to make sure. Prove me wrong.

Ive already been checked out by a doctor. ive told my pastor and parents about this and am on medication, which hasnt made this any better. So far every test theyve given me comes back normal and shows nothing wrong with me.

So far the doctors dont know whats causing this. They even called me an enigma.
I wouldnt personally trust the doctors because they already assumed that my problem is a chemical imbalance. Which apparently isnt even a proven theory. I talked to the nurse about it, and we dont actually know what causes visions and voices. Trust me. They're demons. I know bnecause of the psychic stuff I got into. I could sense spirits and do astral projection.

Then can I just ask one other question?
If a person is literally controlled by something, and is forced to do something. Is it that persons fault or crime for doing it, if he had no control?

The mitigating circumstances doesn't relieve us of responsibility. Christ didn't die to relieve us of responsibility but to destroy the consequences of our sin for eternity. I yet sin but in Christ I am forgiven.

I am sure of this at the very least, it is a serious concern for you. You are experiencing an extremely difficult time and I have no doubt that it is tearing you up. Getting worked up and angry are certainly understandable.

Actually, I saw a neurologist. Ive had two EEG's that he looked at and he said we can rule out that its something from my head.

This doctor was apparently the top neurologist in North America.... or so I was told...

I'm not sure how long you've been saved Tenken but in the beginning just right after I got saved...I came under heavy attack. I think satan gets mad and thinks he can attack us and get us to turn back through trials and temptations. This is the time you need to be staying in the word the most. When you feel you're under attack open your bible and just keep reading!! Go to church...go to bible studies...take in everything you can to learn about all that you can about Christ and walking with him in your new life. And be consistant in prayer.
I hope this helps some.

When I said motor controls I was reffering to just not being able to control myself. Like having your arm move, and you cant stop it.

What other things are you experiencing?

Tenken07
23rd August 2006, 10:42 PM
Lately what ive been experiencing has been narrowed down to them controlling me, them playing with my feelings, and them lying to me. I see and hear them, and they bug me in my dreams too. They also put things down my throat, and pull things out of me. Its like a black goop thing or black aura they put in me, and they pull out something white from inside me.

No outside entity can force you into sin, you must make that choice. Tenken, I don't at all mean to be insulting when I ask this: have you ever been evaluated for Schizophrenia or other mental disorders?

You are a very dear young man, and I don't mean any insult in what I am about to say.

It's obvious that you are extremely frustrated. I don't blame you. The thing is that you asked your question, and people answered in a way that they would answer any "normal" person. The thing is that what you say you are experiencing is so outlandish and "ab-normal" that we don't have an answer for you. You are a special case. You need special help from someone that knows you personally. There is nothing wrong with any of the answers you have been given; they just don't apply to you.

If you feel that you're tired of repenting for things you don't feel responsible for, then take a break.

The number one battle of the Christian life is the battle for the mind. You need to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. Christ is not in everything! That is some false religious view. You don't have to worry about walking on Christ, or eating Christ. Those things are humanly impossible.

You need to memorize scripture and meditate on scripture, day and night. Start with Psalm One. Let me know when you've done it!

Well, thanks for your explanation.... and your right... most people dont know how to answer this because its an odd case.

My pastor as well as arunma said the same thing about me walking on christ or eating him. Ive talked to those who know my case better and they all say that these things arent my fault. So im gonna go with them.

Ill take a look at psalm 1 just for the heck of it and cuz I like to read my bible.
