Yes, Well, remember that we all sin and fall short of the glory of God and Jesus paid the price of our sin by dying on the cross. He was resurrected and is at the right hand of the Father. Once we've believed we are sealed by the Holy Spirit who indwells us, and we can never lose our salvation.

When you believe in Christ your sins are forgiven forever.

Jesus loves you very much, He always has, and always will.

I am so glad you are a Christian and seeking answers.

I'm sure many more will respond, but ask any questions you like. Take care, Tapero

Sure. One of the cool parts about Christianity is that our salvation is not dependent on learning about God or doing things for God, but on what He's done for us. Not about "what I gotta do", but about "what he's done." "We love because He first loved us." "My Father is working and so I am working." Rom 8:28-eoc.

The letter to the Romans has quite a bit to say about where I'm at at least, so I hope it'll help you out, too.

We can never, ever, ever be good enough to enter heaven.

Only because of what Jesus did on the cross...
can our sins be forgiven...
washed clean...

Good people don't go to Heaven.
Forgiven people go to Heaven.

Welcome. Excuse me for not being clear as to what you are saying you believe about God.
But a place to start is this forum's FAQ on being a Christian:
http://www.christianforums.com/faq.php?faq=gospel#faq_christian

Getting involved in a Christian community is crucial in your walk in Christ. People in this forum can be helpful, but I recommend finding a good Biblical-based church for personal discipleship and growth.

I'm sure you'll have many more specific questions, so feel free to ask.

Hi GA2006,

Welcome to the board, and back to the "Family of God".

It appears that you may have been a Christian before, by saying, "Back to God"?

I understand where you came from, I understand what you dabbled in, and I understand that you are keen to get going.

My advice to you, is to study our Lord Jesus Christ, and speak of HIM all the time. Don't get caught up in the "new age" gospel that is found in most churches today. Become CHRIST-centred!

Always BE AWARE, BEWARE, and never BE UNAWARE.

If you came from Wiccan, then you know how the supernatural realm works.

If you want to talk on THINGS, then you can contact me on my email via my personal particulars file.

Welcome, and love in Christ!

Heavenly Father, I come to You throught our Lord Jesus Christ, and I ask You, Father to give GA2006 the wisdom, understanding, gentleness, and peace, in Jesus' Name.

I ask You, Lord to giver GA2006 their spiritual eyes so they can see the things of YOU, and of our Lord Jesus Christ, in Jesus' Name.

We bless GA2006 as they begin to run this race endurance, and we ask You, Lord to keep their path clear, in Jesus' Name.

AMEN
