Thank you Alec, and happy birthday. What do you consider to be the most important aspect of peace-making leadership?

I would think the most important aspect of peace-making leadership is knowing the issues around what is being argued about. If you don't know the issues you won't get far in leadership.~Alec

The surgery I had was to put a shunt into my head because of my cerebral Palsy. 3 out of the 4 blood vessels in my head were fully or partially blocked and I needed the shunt to take the water away from the brain. As for Christmas I haven't got any plans except staying home and working.~Alec

I didn't need to learn any customs of the country I was an ambassador to,The UK, but for some of the countries I visited I needed to learn some concerning what to do when greeting a person and also some with eating:)CP stands for Cerebral Palsy
