Where can i get the 'no avatar' avatar

I thought there was an avatar which had a person's head with 'no avatar' written on the bottom. does anyone know where i could get a copy to thise image? tks

I just went looking for it, but I'm sorry to say I can't find it anywhere :( Sorry! Maybe someone else can help.

If you see someone with it.... highlight it and right click and save it to your computer. You can then upload it as your own. :)
