:wave: I've been lurking around this board for about a month or so....and finally want to jump in & intro myself...
Grew up Methodist, graduated college, moved out on my own, grew away from the church. Got married to a husband of a different denomination, got pregnant and during a very difficult pregnancy is when God pulled me closer to Him and I started growing in my walk with Him...:amen: ...but always felt something was missing.
Fast forward 4 years (to now)....my daughter started asking me when we would start going to church...I found a Methodist church close to our home, we've started attending there & it feels like coming home again! And a BIG plus is that my daughter took to Sunday School like a fish to water!! :D
I've been finding the threads in here VERY informative...kinda "refreshing" myself with the UMC...:holy:
