Got this in an email:

2. WORLD PRIDE PARADE CANCELLED
LET NOT THE FOOT OF PRIDE COME AGAINST ME . . . THERE THE WORKERS OF INIQUITY HAVE FALLEN; THEY HAVE BEEN CAST DOWN AND ARE NOT ABLE TO RISE. (Psalm 36:11, 12).

Last night it was announced that the World (homosexual) Pride event scheduled for August 10 in Jerusalem has been called off because of the war with Lebanon. Open House, the Israeli sponsor in Jerusalem, says that although the international event which was scheduled is not taking place, the other "events, along with the conventions, exhibits, performances and film festival will all take place as planned...in a format that is sensitive to the situation."

But continue praying as 'things' still will be going on in the HOLY City.:prayer:

PLEASE PRAY:

*Thanking God for His mercy that the international festival of homosexuality, lesbianism, trans-sexuality/gender will not come to Israel.

*That the powers promoting this celebration of iniquity in the streets of Jerusalem or in any part of Israel would not only have fallen, but "have been cast down and not [be] able to rise."

*That the plans for locally continuing with a program in Jerusalem in August will come to naught...that none of the five-day plans will be able to take place.

*For an anointing of love, wisdom and spiritual power among believers in Israel in ministering to those with sexual orientation issues in Israel (there are thousands). A believing organization in Jerusalem called "New Direction" has scheduled a seminar this Monday evening to educate and train believers regarding ministry to these people who are in need of the love, affirmation and liberty of Messiah.

Yes, wonderful news indeed. :-) Things like that certainly don't belong in the city of the Great King.

I fear that Jerusalem has not repented yet of its Sins. I know this may come as a gravel sandwitch to some, but the harlotry and gross sin that is allowed in Israel is not good. I fear for Israel. May HaShem bring both Jerusalem and Israel to repent in sack cloth and ashes. For, along with the rest of the West, I feel that Israel is living on borrowed time.

May the Lord on High have mercy on us all.
