I have heard of this church on the i-net. Is it in communion with Orthodoxy?

I'm not sure about the church you read about, but St. Patrick, who evangelized Ireland and started a successful monastic community in that country is an example of a Celtic Orthodox Christian. There is a lot of history there worth researching, which I intend to do more of some day.
And Happy Birthday!

It seems truly unfortunate to me, as Orthodoxy was deeply rooted in Celtic culture, not only via St. Patrick, but through Sts. Columba, Cuthbert, the ascetics of Iona, etc., etc...
Being of Celtic extraction, I have a strong desire to see the area returned to the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Faith. These folks will be in my prayers.

I know nothing about it.
However, my husband (who is admittedly not reliable in the retelling of things he heard) overheard our priest talk about a congregation in the U.S. somewhere that was Celtic (had liturgy in Gaelic I believe) and wanted to possibly come into the Orthodox Church. I'm not sure if they were Roman Catholic or what.
Probably not the same thing you're talking about though.
