Hi
I have a question for a Greek speaker, and I thought I’d get the best here ;)
Someone told me some time ago that the Greek word which we just translate as woman in the following scripture passages actually means “woman of destiny”. And these are the only places where this is used in scripture.
Gen 3:15 (in the Greek text of course)
John 2:4
Rev 12:1
So this links Eve with Mary with the woman with the crown of 12 stars
Is this right, or is this just a fanciful notion?
