Does anyone know Cassian?

Does anyone here know an Archbishop Cassian in Central Ohio who claims to have HH Patriarch Mor Ignatios Zakka I Iwas as his patriarch? He calls himself first a "Thomas Christian" then a "Jacobite" and now "Antiochian and All East".

This question need a Syrian Orthodoxto answer it , I didn't see any syrian Orthodox here till now except Indians Orthodox , But take care of the false bishops who claim that they have relations with the ancient Churches
