Anime Good or Bad?

I am what is commonly known as an "Anime freak" My list of things that come first in my life is. God, Family, Friends, Job, Anime.

There is a lot of bad anime out there. But I have noticed that a lot of people, who say they're christian or belive in God, hate anime. And a lot of them call it. "Cartoon Porn." I would like to get other people's views ^-^

All depends...BubbleGum Crisis is much different from La Blue Girl....it is really pretty easy to know whats good and bad anime.

A lot of them can have a great message, if you can look at it from a christian POV.

It really depends. I'm sure you know that hentai and yaoi are clearly out of the picture.

Yaoi and Hentai deffinitly. There are shows though, like....Weiss Kreuz, that can be concidered Shounen ai. The lesser form of Yaoi. Basicly gives hints that there can be some Male/Male relationships.

It really does just come down to what anime you watch, and how you look at it.

And I agree, the art is awsome. One reason I love anime as much as I do, is because the art is so much better then a lot of american cartoon's. I mean, i still like all the old one's I used to watch on saturday morning cartoons. But if you notice, now adays saturday morning cartoons. 90% of them, are from japan.

It's Good! LOL JK It depends for the most part.
Shounen ai, yaoi, and hentai? :sick: :sick: gross stuff, G. Word. Especially hentai which is anime porn...basically.

Once exception was that I once wanted to read this manga series called "Gravitation" which is about a band of dudes and some of them are quite queer O_O
I was only really fascinated by the artwork though. That's the part that caught my eye the most. I haven't read the manga yet though.

My breakfast didn't draw me closer to God this morning, although I'm thankful for it. There are things we do and enjoy that don't directly fellowship with God.

However, I think one can find Christian values in characters of any work of fiction.

I hate anime because of DBZ. To this day DBZ is Satan of the cartoon world. Gaah, I hate it.
