Since I'm a fan of Inside the Actor's Studio, I'll start by answering Bernard Pivot's questionnaire (amended as a couple don't apply for CF).

Ensuring rules and guidelines are clear and followable, gaining respect and trust as a person not just a leader, knowing the difference between those who need guidance and those who need punishment, and recognizing when someone has a legitimate comment/complaint/suggestion and when someone is bitter and letting their emotions do the talking.

We have two cats instead. My wife is a cat person, I don't have a strong preference either way.
I've never liked rodents, except for maybe rats, but just because they're clean and intelligent. I'd still never own one.

That there are many "true" meanings of Christmas. Many Christians look down their noses at people who forget the "reason for the season", but spending all your time watching your 5 year old play a shepherd at church seems rather selfish and opposite from who Jesus was compared to the atheists organizing toy drives for homeless children.
(Obviously I have no problem with Christmas pageants, I'm just talking about the Christians who ONLY do that. And of course I realize that Christians do toy drives too. I'm just making a point :P)

Heroes from 8-9
24 from 9-10
South Park 10-10:30
Family Guy 10:30-11
I'll pick Monday night, seems to be the night I'm most in the mood to watch TV.
