How To Get answers to Our Prayers?
The Holy Bible has 13 reasons to answer to our prayers.
1. PRAY WITH FAITH.
MK.11: 24.Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
2. FORGIVING SPIRIT.
MK: 11:25.And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
3. IN HIS NAME.
JN.14: 14.If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
4. ABIDING IN HIS WORD.
JN: 15:7.If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
5. ASK IN HIS WILL.
I JN: 5:14-15.And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
15: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
6. SPECIFICALLY.
I SAM 1: 11.And she vowed a vow, and said, O LORD of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto the LORD all the days of his life, and there shall no rasor come upon his head.
7. ONENESS.
MT.18: 19.Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
8. COVENANT.
JOB 1: 5.And it was so, when the days of their feasting were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all: for Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job continually.
9. SPECIAL OFFERING.
PSM 50: 14-15.Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High:
15: And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
10. PRAISING&THANKING.
ACTS.16:25. And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.
11. ASK WITH RIGHT MOTIVES.
JAMES.4: 2-3.Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.
3: Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.
12. FREE FROM ALL KNOWN SINS.
ISAIAH.59: 1-2.Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
2: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.
13. PRAY FERVENTLY.
JAMES.5; 16-18.Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
17: Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.
