I don't know much about Lutheranism, but I wanted to know what's the difference in belief and practice among conservative Lutherans and conservative Anglicans?

How one translates the Word of God is one difference. Lutherans look to Scripture whereas the Anglicans have the Book of Prayer.

Guess I don't see these as the same issue. Can you elaborate? It appears that the Book of Prayer and the Book of Concord would be more appropriately identified in the same role for each confessing community.

The Book of Concord is viewed as secondary to the Scriptures in Lutheranism. Is the Book of Common Prayer viewed as secondary to the Scriptures in Anglicanism, or is it on par with or primary apart from the Scriptures?

Actually the BOCP is more like Luther's Small Catechism and the Lutheran Worship combined together with the Alternate Service Book (ASB). I was wrong and admit it. The differences between Anglicans and Lutherans is in the type of church politicos.
