Your prayers are needed. A guy that works with me found out 4 weeks ago his wife has terminal cancer. She is only in her 20s and they have 2 small children. The doctors gave her only 2 weeks to live, but by the grace of God she is now completing her 5th week after being diagnosed. My church here is praying for her as well as countless others. Prayers are still needed. This woman has said that the words "giving up" are not in her vocabulary. She is fighting for her 2 kids. God tells us in the Bible to come before Him with boldness and yearning. My friends, God listens to prayers and He answers them. If you pray and believe that God will bear this family's burden, God will hear your prayer. I will keep you up to date as time progresses. Thanks and may God bless.

:prayer: I am sure He will hear, but you have to remember God knows what is best, we don't always know why, but we know that if things don't happen in the way we imagine it is because God plans to use the situation for a greater glory. Remember, His plans are perfect. Keep your eyes on Him!:prayer:

:prayer: Praying for God's will to be done in this situation.
If I may share something with you:
Last Friday my wife and I attended the funeral of a dear Christian lady(also the mother of one of my friends) who was about 60. She died from a type of leukemia. The amazing thing is that she had a similar disease 35 years earlier and had 2 young children. The prayers 35 years ago were for her to see her kids grow up and be happy. Well guess what, God is an answerer of prayer. She did get to see her kids grow up and the older daughter had twins and this dear lady got to spend 18 months with them. The prayers this time around may not have been answered to our will but God took her home to a pain free eternity with Him. We will pray for this lady and her family catch21.

Thank you my brothers and sisters in Christ. There is a song we sing at church sometimes and I want to quote it here because I seem it is appropriate sfter reading these replies.
The Lord liveth and blessed be the rock,
And let the God of my salvation be exalted.
Thank you for your prayers.

"Let your requests be made known" and it is my request that this woman be completely healed and use that as a testimony for God's awesomeness. I also pray that these two children will not grow up without a mother.

What do you know? I was just doing a Bible study on the fourth chapter of Philippians. I shall keep this in mind as I continue to ask our Lord and Father for healing for this woman through Christ Jesus.

Lifing up your request in prayers. :prayer:
"Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him." -James 5:13-15

Thank you my brothers and sisters in Christ for the prayers. This family is entering the 6th week. The doctors say that this is nothing but a miracle. My church gives all the praise to God the Father who is the only one that grants miracles. Again thank you and God Bless you.
