Dear Misbocha:
Once again, I'm headed off to an interview. I've been [virtually] unemployed for quite a while. While I won't name names, it is with a major cellular telephone provider [Can you hear me now? -- Good!]
Please pray that HaShem open any door He wishes me to go through, and close quickly any He does not. He provides all that is good in the world.
Todah Rabah,

Abba SheBashaShamayim,yitkadesh shimcha,
We thank you L-RD that you never forget us , nor our daily needs, you are our provider, Adonai Nissi. I trust that you have considered your servant Ray, and his need of employment, so he may be provider for his family as You have set him over. I ask, if it be thy will that this interview will go smoothly, that he will not be nervous, that he will turn it over to you, trusting in your descision. And if this is not what you want for him, you will be beside him, and not allow him to be disappointed , but to praise you for you have something better. May all things be done to glorify you Abba,
In the Holy name of your son, Yeshua, our Salvation, I ask.
Amein.

Abba, please grant Ray the blessing of regular employment with a wonderful group of people where he may utilize his gifts and skills while glorifying you fully in his life. If this job be your will, please give the employers the wisdom to hire Ray very soon.
You are on the throne forever.
Amen

Shalom Misbocha:
I've just returned from there. What I thought would be an interview was not. I filled out yet another application and went through a customer service simulator on a PC.
The good news is that I am invited to the face-to-face interview in 10 days. As you remember, please continue to pray.
Todah Rabah Misbocha!

LOL Ray, I think we're going to be semi-coworkers. I work for said company as well. I am one of the quality assurance representatives for their Midwest division call center :)

Shalom,
I went to the interview and had a good rapport with the 2 representatives there. I had honest answers to the questions they asked me and asked good ones in return. Now comes the patience to wait for the results. I'm continuing to persue any and all other opportunities as well.
Todah Rabah,

Dear Misbocha:
Verizon Wireless declined to hire me. It took 5 weeks to answer me with a form letter -- they did not even state that they would keep it on file for other openings. It might have been due to my stating that I would not work from Friday sundown to Saturday sundown, as they wanted people who had total availability, OR that the only debt on my credit report is to them....
On the other hand!
I've accepted a 3-4 month contract with the Ohio Bureau of Workmans Compensation for their computer help desk. I start right after Labor Day. Bless HaShem!
Todah Rabah for the prayer!
