++ DENOMINATIONAL MEMBERS ++
Denominational members can only post fellowship posts here or post to ask a question. Once the question is answered, there shall be no debate over the answer in this forum by the denominational members. Any debate or apologetic posts, as well as efforts to answer questions by denominational members will be deleted or moved to the General Theology forum (or other appropriate forum) and warnings will be issued. In other words, only non-denominational members can debate, answer questions or engage in apologetics here.
A denominational church is a church that submits to a central authority on matters of doctrine, ordination, and/or discipline and/or aligns itself with recognized body of churches under shared doctrine, ordination, and/or discipline. Churches such as the Catholic and Orthodox Churches, Assemblies of God, Restoration Movement, Baptist Conferences, and others who may not use the label of "denomination" yet fit the definition above are considered denominational for the purpose of this forum.
This is from the sticky thread at the top of this forum:

Essentially, if the church you attend answers to a governing body of some kind, like an annual conference of churches with the same type of name (in my case Christian & Missionary Alliance) you are most likely not non-denominational and your posts here should be very limited in scope.
Because most evangelical denominations are relatively small, setting up a forum for each one wouldn't make much sense. However, as a larger group we most likely believe very similar things and cooperate to put on larger scale Christian events in real life.
I have been trying to advocate for a general evangelical forum for people who attend evangelical denominations and have no other home on CF (and who don't identify with fundamentalism).
This hasn't gone far and I've noticed that people who try to get these forums set up post in other forums letting people know about their efforts.
Please read the above quotes and the sticky that is attached to the top of this forum. If you are actually attending a conservative denominational church and don't see your denomination listed in the fellowship section, please consider supporting this initiative.
