Following the whole craze of Brangelina:), I wanted to look up a bit of info about Namibia and found out that it is more than 50% Lutheran. I'm confused I thought that the Lutheran Church as a whole was really bad in the missionary department. Am I mistaken are we actually growing???!@#?!@#? And if we are growing that fast we'll have more Lutherans than Anglicans in the near future  .

Actually, The Lutheran Church is very much alive in the Missionary field. They have a heavy presence in the Sudan and Kenya as well.

I'm glad! What about china and communist countries? I know the rcc has a presence in china but I hope china in the future could be a lutheran majority that would be amazing. We would even pass the rcc if we got china. What a perfect world that would be.

Will lutherans ever break the ice(literally), in America and move South? Break the baptist hold in the south. For some reason the Lutheran majority is always in the North. Which is fine because I like snow but it would be nice to hear from some lutherans who have tans.

I've got a tan.. There aren't a whole lot of Lutheran churchs in the south. Seems like there are more LCMS church's than any of the other branch's.
