i tried to put a pic in on my homepage but its not showing up, i think the pic might be too big so i was wondering, how big can a pic be?? cause i want it to go all the way accross my page but don't know how to get it the right size,

If you go into this person's awesome homepage... scroll down almost to the bottom and you will see she has a pic the size you are describing... is that right??
