Adopting out pets..

Can someone tell me how to adopt out a pet. I am still not sure how this thing works. I feed alot of pets under my other account. I am under my reg account more than this one.:scratch: Do I go to the Daycare or adoption center to adopt out a pet..

Otherwise somebody else may get the pet.
