Phase 11: Revised Rules

Due to the legalistic nature of the previous rules, the CF forum rules has undergone a 3rd revision, which has now gone live and can be found here:

http://www.christianforums.com/rules

There are basically now 3 main sections.

We should thank CaDan, the non-staff Ombudsman, and daveleau, our Policy Manager, for collaborating in drafting the new rules.

Still to be done:

1. Review Staff Protocol
2. Recode the Warning/Appeals system
3. Revise Appeals Rules
4. Appoint the Conciliators in the Ombudsman Team.
