OK
so so far we have NurseCF as being the trusted nurse
-the job should be dealing with admin parts,distribute blessings,and comfort
DoctorCF is the leader,motivator,and negotiator.
CFPR3 is team leader for uneaven numbered CFPR and CFFA
-distributing tasks,and dealing with ideas the team come up with
CFPR4 is team leader for evens...same role as CFPR3
CFPR6 is the one to report troublemakers,and ask for help in the rules,and posts situations-like stickies,deleting posts,and comfirming what is and is not allowed.

Now here are jobs to be considered and asigned to their team by our senior CFPR3 and 4
1:person in charge of armor requests from CFFA and CFPR
-this would make sure no mre than 2 requests are made
each week,that items requested are in the spirit of our mission,and that everyone gets their turn,each suggestion valued,etc
to make it easy,each team would make one request a week,or every 2 weeks,and the two armor consultants would work together
2:person in charge of each stickified thread for pet care
we will have most likely those threads:
energency for pets no longer than 30 days
emergency for pets abandoned for more than 30 days
babysiting by request of the owner
paid for care for the owners who are too busy to feed their pet,or too lazy:eek:but still want oo keep their pet
Adoption consultants-advicing about adoption,and keeping eye on pets adopted for a fe days,making sure the owners know what to do,and have enough blessings,also keeping records
threasure keeper-requesting blessings as needed from DrCf and Nurse Cf,and distributing as needed between the team
keeping records of donations,and sending thank you letter
game master-bringing people to play games ,inventing and organising ,making sure there is not too many idle threads
any more ideas???
