I will not be able to discuss with you all on the topic in this month, due to examinations. But I hope this topic will flourish.
If you do not understand the title, then build off of the following questions, such as:
Do you believe man is born good, good and bad, or evil and why?
Do you believe he can change in nature and why?
Are we sinners and why?

Men are born sinners and are unable to save themselves but through the work of Christ.
What about gnosticism/dualism? Is there some "secret knowledge" we need to know about ;)

Do you mean DUALISTIC? Because the dictionary doesn't have a word spelled DULIST and DUALISTIC seems to have the meaning implied by your question, Hagios17.
By the way, I was wondering which baptist church you go to? Is it an ABA, and SBC, and IBC or what? It's hard to tell from your posts.

Do you believe man is born good, good and bad, or evil and why?
None of the above. I believe, as Jesus is quoted in John 3:6 "Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit."
We are born flesh, without the Spirit of God. It is the Spirit of God that empowers us to live righteously. Without the Spirit of God, we will obey the desires of the body, without consideration of righteousness.
Do you believe he can change in nature and why?
Yes, but not by self-determination. such change can only result from the working of the Holy Spirit.
Are we sinners and why?
Yes, because we sin.
