The Appeals system has been revised.
The new Appeals Rules:

The Appeals Rules set out the role of the Ombudsman.
The Founding Ombudsman is CaDan.
He will set up a team of Conciliators which consist of ordinary non-staff members whose role is to assist members in their Public Appeals only if they request it. I will approve every Conciliator he wishes to appoint. Refer to the Appeals Rules for more detail.
