Do any of the women here adhere to the traditional Jewish concepts of tzniut (or tznius.. I've seen it spelled both ways)? Do you make your own clothes/tichel?

I don't make all my own clothes, but have been told that many look like muumuus. :) I do try to dress very modestly, the hardest part I find is finding 3/4 length sleeves on tops and ones that don't button or are too tight with spandex. I usually wear many layers, I wear pants under a dress even. This gets harder when summer gets here though. ;)
